Orzata abbrustolita

Una variante dell'orzata classica è quella fatta con mandorle abbrustolite. Le dosi rimangono uguali alla ricetta originale, semplicente bisogna abbrustolire le mandorle prima di tritarle, stando bene attenti a non bruciarle. Quindi procedere alla spremitura e bollitura con lo zucchero, esattamente come nella ricetta riportata precedentemente.
