Ci sono molte ricette, più o meno antiche, di granita di mandorle. Io oggi ne presento due: una con con le mandorle e l'altra con la pasta di mandorle, entrambe da eseguire col Bimby.
Ingredienti:
250 gr di Zucchero
100 gr Mandorle
700 gr Ghiaccio
1/2 Misurino di acqua
Preparazione:
Inserisci nel boccale lo zucchero. 20 Sec. Vel. 10.
Aggiungi le mandorle. 30 Sec. Vel. 10.
Aggiungi il ghiaccio e l'acqua. 1 Min. Vel. 6. Spatolando.
Ingredienti:
250 gr Pasta di Mandorle
500 gr Ghiaccio
1/2 Misurino Acqua
Preparazione
Fai a pezzi la pasta di mandorle e mettila nel boccale del Bimby.
Aggiungi tutti gli altri ingredienti. 3/4 colpi Vel. Turbo.
Poi 2 min. Vel. da 6 a 8 . Nel frattempo gira dal foro con la spatola.
