Cuori di chips

Ingredienti:
per 2 persone

2 patate medie
olio per friggere
sale

Preparazione
Sbucciate le patate, lavate e asciugatele bene. Quindi con una mandolina riducetele a rondelle molto sottili. Prendete un tagliabiscotti a forma di cuore e intagliate ogni fettina con la forma di ugete n cuore. In una padella scaldate l'olio e friggetevi le patatine. Scolatele, asciugate su carta assorbente, quindi cambiate l'olio, scaldatelo ancora e friggete di nuovo le chips, poiscolate, salate e servite.
