Ingredienti:
800 gr. di polpa di manzo
30 gr. di funghi secchi
1 carota
1 cipolla
1 costola di sedano
1 porro
Vino bianco
Brodo
Olio, sale e pepe
Procedimento:
Ammorbidire i funghi in acqua tiepida e tagliuzzarli. Tagliare il sedano e la carota a pezzetti, la cipolla a fettine e il porro ad anelli. Fare appassire la cipolla in mezzo bicchiere di olio, unire la carne tagliata a pezzetti e farla rosolare. Aggiungere le verdure, salare, pepare e cuocere per una decina di minuti. Spruzzare il vino e fare evaporare. Bagnare col brodo e cuocere.
