Squisiti di zia Carmela

Questa ricetta è quella originale datami dalla zia Carmela, io l'ho solo adattata al Bimby. Essa può essere benissimo eseguita nel modo classico sulla spianatoia.

Ingredienti:
500 gr di farina 00
150 gr di sugna
200 gr di zucchero
3 grosse uova
1 busta di lievito per dolci
1 bustina di vanillina
Succo di mezzo limone
Scorza grattugiata di limone

Preparazione
Inserite la buccia di limone nel boccale con le lame in movimento 10 secondi vel turbo. Aggiungete lo zucchero, la vanillina, le uova e la sugna: 1 minuto vel 4.
Poi aggiungete la farina, la bustina del lievito e il succo di limone, continuate ad  impastare 4 minuti vel 4. Nel frattempo rivestite una placca con carta forno. Quando l'impasto è pronto inseritelo in una tasca da pasticciere con bocchetta a stella larga e dare ai biscotti forma ad esse o fare dei bastoncini, infornare in forno caldo a 180° per circa 15 minuti.
