Ingredienti:
1 rotolo di pasta
sfoglia stesa
80 gr. di passata di
pomodoro
1 acciuga sott’olio
olive
origano
Formaggio (tipo
caciotta)
olio d’oliva
sale
Preparazione:
Stendiamo la pasta sfoglia e con un coppa pasta a forma di cuore o a mano libera tagliamo la pasta, che andremo ad adagiare sulla leccarda coperta di carta da forno.
Mettiamo la passata di pomodoro in una ciotola e la condiamo con un goccio d’olio e un pizzico di sale.
Cospargiamo con quest’ultima i cuori di pasta sfoglia e mettiamo sopra in pezzetti, le olive, l’acciuga, il formaggio e una spolverata di origano.
Inforniamo a 200° per 15 minuti circa, tenendo controllato.
