300 gr.
di zucchero
200 gr.
di farina 00
50 gr di
fecola di patate
1 misurino bimby (80 gr circa) di olio di semi
4 uova
succo e
scorza di un limone
1
bustina di lievito per dolci
1
cucchiaio di semi di papavero
Inserire nel boccale, con le lame in movimento a vel. turbo, la scorza del limone, abbassare a vel 3, aggiungere lo zucchero e aumentare a Vel. 9 per 20 Sec.
Aggiungere l'olio, le uova e lavorare a Vel. 4 per 30 Sec.
Portare
a Vel. 5 e aggiungere dal foro il succo del limone e le
farine: 30 Sec. a Vel. 5. Se è il caso, aggiungere ancora un po' di farina (anche altri 50 gr.) per ottenere la giusta consistenza.
Per
finire, sempre con le lame in movimento a vel. 4 aggiungere i semi di papavero
e la bustina di lievito, mescolare per 30 sec circa.
Versare il
composto in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato (se si vuole sformare il dolce con più facilità si può foderare il bordo con una striscia di carta forno). Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 170° per 10 min. e a 160° per altri 35 min. circa, al termine controllare con uno stecchino e se necessario dare altri 5-10 minuti di cottura. Spolverare con zucchero a velo.
